- accompanied by Ed Bugbee, OB Shellfish Constable
- "area free from pollution and meeting its "approved" classification"
- bottom described as "loose muck"
- predominant shellfish = soft shell clams along shoreline (also observed quahogs, mussels and oysters)
- no subsurface disposal problems noted, all homes set back sufficient distance from water
- total coliforms <2 to 6.8 per 100 ml and fecal coliforms from 0 to 4.5 per 100 ml
- should be reappraised in two years
